The launch of our new website demonstrates Zimmer New Zealand’s ongoing commitment to provide our customers with a high standard of service.  The website aims to provide local information of interest to orthopaedic surgeons, registrars, hospital staff, caregivers and patients.

Since the 2003 integration of Zimmer and Centerpulse, our goal has been to ensure that customers benefit from the combined strength of the two companies.  As a result, Zimmer New Zealand now has an even more extensive product portfolio, greater combined research and development capabilities and remains committed to providing excellent service.

As the population in New Zealand increases in age, the demand for high quality orthopaedic products also increases.  Patient expectations are greater, as access to information raises awareness of the products and surgical techniques available.  Not only do arthritis sufferers want relief from pain at a younger age, there is an expectation that the joint replacement will return them to an active lifestyle more quickly, and for longer.  In recent times, Zimmer New Zealand has more than doubled its sales and customer service teams to manage this increasing demand.
